Session Description:
Do you have questions about how to publish your research? Do you find the publishing process difficult to navigate? This session is designed for scholars new to publishing in peer-reviewed journals. The session will involve editors from journals who will introduce their journals and share their suggestions for publishing in journals. During the session we’ll discuss how to prepare your manuscript, tips for choosing a journal suitable to your research topic, and how to navigate the peer review process. We welcome participants interested in learning more about how to prepare their research for publication. We will provide an overview of journal writing techniques and have time for attendees to ask questions. We will discuss these questions and provide suggestions for success in publishing.
